How to Park Your Bits

Today i am discussing really interesting topic about how mind manage short term memory. Human mind keep remember 7+-2 Bits. Like some people can easily remember 7-2, 5 bits and some can remember 7+2 9 bits information. Best example is telephone nos if you trying to remember more information then there is chance you forget initial bits/information. Later if you want to keep remember these then memories into your long term member. Now question if you want to clear your short term memory than best practice to shift you memory either daily log, daily time journal or simple a paper. It will include your task, worries, decisions, future events, minor things like phone no and stuff. This technique is called park your bits. once you will do it you will feel relax and can concentrate more deeply what are you doing specify. it will take your only 20~30 minutes but keep your mind clean for your work (which you are doing). Now you mind is clear, you can use mind mapping technique to boast your learning skill. like if you are going for shopping with your friend in shopping mall, and sudden your friend told you close your eyes and let me know how many red shirts you have seen in shopping mall, you will surprise his answer will be zero. now tel him to open his eyes and check red shirts around him for 3 sec, you will surprise he can count a lot of nos those you don't know. Mind mapping technique is used for focus your mind and get decisions.
