Today i am discussing really interesting topic about how mind manage short term memory. Human mind keep remember 7+-2 Bits. Like some people can easily remember 7-2, 5 bits and some can remember 7+2 9 bits information. Best example is telephone nos if you trying to remember more information then there is chance you forget initial bits/information. Later if you want to keep remember these then memories into your long term member. Now question if you want to clear your short term memory than best practice to shift you memory either daily log, daily time journal or simple a paper. It will include your task, worries, decisions, future events, minor things like phone no and stuff. How to optimize yourself or how to manage your time, it is big question and everybody have its own theory and explanation.
